Margaret is a Liaison Nurse Manager with The Jack and Jill Children’s Foundation since 1999.
After qualifying as a Registered General Nurse, she worked in Australia for one year in Orthopaedics. On return to Ireland she undertook the 18 month Post Graduate Certificate in Sick Children’s nursing in University Children’s Hospital, Temple St., followed by 9 years working in its intensive care unit.
She has a Diploma in Child Psychology from RCSI Faculty of Nursing, Dublin and is currently undertaking further studies in Palliative and Complex Care for Children, Young People and Families in Coventry University.
