3-year-old Grayson Adams and his amazing mom Dawn are one of over 400 families in Ireland currently supported by the Jack and Jill Children’s Foundation.
Grayson has a very rare genetic condition called Tuberous Sclerosis Complex, which causes non-cancerous tumours to grow in his brain and other parts of his body, including the spinal cord, nerves, eyes, lungs, heart, kidneys and skin
Grayson is non-verbal, but we are confident that if he could speak he would want to tell you about his amazing mom Dawn, who is his sole carer. But seeing as he is unable to, we created this video to introduce you to Dawn who explains how the money raised from Up the Hill provides a lifeline for her family and supports over 400 other Jack and Jill families across communities in Ireland.
