This Christmas, Glenveagh and broadcaster Lucy Kennedy are teaming up to bring back The North Portal, a magical way for Santa to visit homes without chimneys, while supporting the Jack and Jill Children’s Foundation’s Home for Christmas appeal.
Now in its second year The North Portal, by Glenveagh will donate €1 to Jack and Jill for every activation helping fund in-home nursing care and respite for over 400 families of children with complex medical needs. The initiative aims to raise €50,000, supporting up to 2,800 hours of care.
Lucy Kennedy shared her excitement:
“This initiative brings the magic of Christmas to life while supporting the incredible work of Jack and Jill. Knowing each activation helps families spend precious time together at home is truly special.”
It’s a wonderful way to help support Jack and Jill while also enjoying the magic of Christmas. Children activating The North Portal receive a personalised certificate from Santa, confirming their spot on the Nice List and supporting Jack and Jill’s vital services. The magic continues on Christmas Eve, as The North Portal appears when children are fast asleep, ensuring Santa has the access he needs for all the boys and girls in Ireland!
Visit The North Portal at locations across Ireland or activate it online at www.thenorthportal.ie to join in the festive fun and help raise funds for Jack and Jill families all over Ireland.
