‘A Tribute to Jammet’s of Dublin’ is a charity fundraising event in aid of The Jack & Jill Children’s Foundation and is going to take place on 4th October at the Shelbourne Hotel in Dublin.
Jammet’s was the most famous French Restaurant in Dublin which saw many international stars together with Irish literati enjoy the excellent cuisine and atmosphere of the day. Stars who enjoyed the Jammet’s experience include Elizabeth Taylor, Laurel & Hardy, Cary Grant, Edith Piaf and The Beatles among many others. The Restaurant closed its doors in 1967 but to this day holds a very special place in the history of our great city.
This unique event, which is the inspiration of Ireland’s highly respected Opera Singer, Dr Veronica Dunne, will be a musical tribute together with a Jammet’s Style ‘Gala Dinner’ in the Shelbourne Hotel.
The evening will be hosted by Senator David Norris with musical interludes by the much acclaimed vocalists Ryan Morgan and Suzanne Murphy in the presence of Dr Veronica Dunne.

The evening will include: Champagne Reception at 7pm, Gala Four Course Dinner at 7.30pm followed by an Auction conducted by Philip Myerscough and the Musical programme for the night.
