In a letter from the department of Disability Services HSE Dublin Mid-Leinster we have been informed according to the HSE National Plan for 2012 that the annual grant for disability services will reduce by 3.7% – that is around €20,000 – the equivalent of the home nursing care for one family for an entire year!
